Barbara co-founded the Mid-Hudson’s
Women’s Network in New York in 1988.
Through her efforts it grew to over 200
women. She has also spoken to other
networking groups as to how to network and
start a networking group. She stepped down
as director in 2004. Today, Barbara is
involved in the organization in the capacity of
MHWN Special Advisor and Honorary Life
Time Member. She was also one of the
honorees of the 2004 New York State
Senate's Women of Distinction award.
More recently she has been a wealth of
information and a great source of inspiration
for the initiation and continued growth of
WCSWANS.
